We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

We do not currently use any analytics, tracking, or advertising tools on this website. No cookies are set, and no data is collected passively when you browse the site.
We may introduce analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) in the future. If we do, this policy will be updated before any such tools are activated, and appropriate cookie consent mechanisms will be implemented.

We use the information you submit through our contact form to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Schedule and conduct a diagnostic call if requested
- Send you the Diagnostic Brief we discussed during that call
We do not use your data for marketing purposes, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

We retain contact form submissions for a maximum of 12 months. If an engagement begins, data relevant to that engagement is retained for the duration of the relationship and up to 3 years after its end, as required for legal and accounting purposes.
