• Schedule and conduct a diagnostic call if requested
• Send you the Diagnostic Brief we discussed during that call

We retain contact form submissions for a maximum of 12 months. If an engagement begins, data relevant to that engagement is retained for the duration of the relationship and up to 3 years after its end, as required for legal and accounting purposes.
